What we do is different. We are not a human resource company, we are not "head hunters". We are all about systems and processes for hiring the right people.

We use some very innovative tools. We ask questions differently. We use assessments to guide the interview, not to hire or reject candidates.

We get paid to implement process, not to fill a position. You and your people most likely can't do what we do, the fact is your recruiting firm probably can't either. This is not a knock against anyone, we hang our hat on being able to uncover the truth.

Our belief is that competencies are more important than years of experience.

  • We interview your candidates with you present. We also interview remotely, record the audio or video of the interview, and we store it for you on your innervue page.
  • We store your Human Capital data. When you go to your site, everything is there, assessments, resumes, You Tube videos, interview recordings, notes from your consultant on each candidate.
  • We will conduct background checks, and credit checks as you request.
  • Accountability is key in productivity. We help you build an accountability plan based on employee goals aligning with company goals. When an employee is held accountable to their numbers, based on their goals you will see a 20-30% rise in production.
